Ltd. Comm Bank, Westpac before joining UST Global.Senior roles in each of these organisations were held leading and mentoring teams of up to five project managers and program managing sizeable portfolios of projects. Projects were reported on a portfolio basis to a Portfolio Steering Committee and projects were varied involving application based infrastructure and product development. Bob has worked with a variety of governance frameworks (PmBok, Prince2, AGILE) and have leant to adopt a flexible “fit for purpose” approach based on risk assessment and tailored to the particular organisations needs. Bob has achieved Prince 2 Foundation & Practitioner accreditation and also Professional Scrum Master, Professional Product Owner accreditation & Scaled Agile Framework practitioner (SAFE SE) and SAFe SPC 4.0.My passion is to deliver to the promise and ensure my stakeholders obtain optimum value and realise the business case objectives and also to motivate, train and mentor staff to bring out their best.
