From November of 2008 until May of 2014 functioned in the capacity of Chief Credit Officer and COO. Under my leadership completed a bank turnaround of a failing bank which ultimately resulted in the removal of regulatory orders in 2013 and 2014.Currently a member of the senior management team responsible for project management and business development. In the 2nd half of 2014 originated $65 million in new credit commitments and $15 million in deposits.

Functioned as the Chief Credit Officer and Cheif Operating Officer for the last three years at National Mercantile Bank Corp. Specifically responsible for turnaround of wholly owned subsidiary South Bay Bank. Overall responsibility for strategic planning.Merged with First California Bank and retained position of Cheif Credit Officer
