Bob Barton, through AltaQuest Performance, has provided strategy guidance, execution support and leadership development to a broad set of regional/national/international, middle market companies for 20 years. Additionally, he has supported a number of global, Private Equity companies as an independent consultant, board member and Operating Partner focused on the value growth of their portfolio companies. Through these activities, he has contributed to the realization of over $1 billion in M&A transactions.Prior to founding AltaQuest, he was involved in a successful series of leadership roles within the consumer financial services sector both domestically and abroad. After leaving Citicorp Mortgage as a Senior Vice President in 1988, he worked as a founding leader of a start-up bank (VectraBank Colorado) that was taken public in 1997.
