I have been brought on board to create and build a sales and marketing department for this successful Information Technology MSP. I've been highly trained in consultative sales. Weekly preaching of the word. worked closely with the worship director to revamp worship service to make it more contemporary. Play acoustic guitar and sing in the praise team. Responsible for 2 different services per week. Work closely with the pastor to determine flow of worship including theme, songs, order of worship. I oversee a praise band (drums, bass, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, 2 keyboards and 3 singers), a choir, and seasonal orchestra. I have extensive experience in audio and video production. I am responsible for all music arrangements and can work on a shoestring budget with excellence.
