Responsible for 2 different services per week. Work closely with the pastor to determine flow of worship including theme, songs, order of worship. I oversee a praise band (drums, bass, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, 2 keyboards and 3 singers), a choir, and seasonal orchestra. I have extensive experience in audio and video production. I am responsible for all music arrangements and can work on a shoestring budget with excellence.
