My current role is Personalization Department Manager. In addition to overseeing the previously mentioned Personalization Services Manager responsibilities, I manage 30 full time employees plus additional temporary employees as plant workload dictates. Additional responsibilities include managing work assignments and work hours for first and second shift.

The primary role of this position was to act as the liaison between the Account Management Team, the IT Group and card production with regards to card personalization on the manufacturing floor. This position was a brand new position at the time in which I took the lead in developing. As Personalization Services Manager, I oversaw the personalization.

As Account Manager, I oversaw and managed customer orders for secure and non-secure plastic card orders from initial quotation, to purchase order submission, to art proofing, through production, to final delivery. Primary responsibilities of this position included processing custom quotes for specific customer plastic card requests, managing the day to day.
