My current role is Personalization Department Manager. In addition to overseeing the previously mentioned Personalization Services Manager responsibilities, I manage 30 full time employees plus additional temporary employees as plant workload dictates. Additional responsibilities include managing work assignments and work hours for first and second shift employees, managing department leads on plant floor, managing daily and weekly production orders to meet company commitments and on time delivery requirements. I am also responsible for managerial duties including, but not limited to, vacation request management, time card management using ADP system, employee hour and overtime management, department team building, employee relations, problem solving, interviewing, hirings, employee assessments and evaluations and other responsibilities as needed. Also play a role in company’s lean manufacturing initiative.

The primary role of this position was to act as the liaison between the Account Management Team, the IT Group and card production with regards to card personalization on the manufacturing floor. This position was a brand new position at the time in which I took the lead in developing. As Personalization Services Manager, I oversaw the personalization aspects of all plastic card orders requiring personalization as they were moving through the facility. I managed the data collection from our clients, the processing of data between the Account Management Group, IT Group and PD Group, and played a large role in the scheduling, processing and ultimate final signoff of data proofs before they are released to the customer for approval.

Greater Boston Area

As Account Manager, I oversaw and managed customer orders for secure and non-secure plastic card orders from initial quotation, to purchase order submission, to art proofing, through production, to final delivery. Primary responsibilities of this position included processing custom quotes for specific customer plastic card requests, managing the day to day communication between the customer and the manufacturing floor to ensure customer orders were on track and milestone dates were being met by both parties, and managing the collection and processing of data proofs for those card orders requiring personlization. Additional responsibilities included managing billing inquiries and customer issues and/or complaints. Also responsible for establishing and building new client relationships. Primary accounts managed included First Data Corporation, Walmart, Borders, Dunkin Donuts, Tim Horton’s, Guess, Burger King and Dick’s Sporting Goods.
