Bob Lead Intel's Enterprise Data Governance, Data Quality and Metadata Transformation, Services and Platforms with the focus on strategic business objectives, data management innovation and delivering simplified, scalable and sustainable data solutions.

Bob co-leads the design, creation and adoption of Deloitte’s Enterprise Data Management and Modernization Strategy efforts. He is responsible for the implementation of data management capabilities such as data governance, data profiling, data quality and, metadata. Bob collaborates closely with business chief data officers and data sponsors to formalize and mature the Data Management practices within their organizations. Bob provides GenAI and ESG Data Product development design support on new initiatives. Furthermore, he is a Data Advisor to business areas supporting business strategies and objectives.

As a Leader of Data Management & CRM Delivery at AIG, Bob led major digital data transformation efforts, successfully eliminating a multi-million-dollar technology data debt and promoting organic growth revenue opportunities through data modernization, rationalization, and optimization. During this time, he owned the Salesforce COE and development for 5,500 global users and 13 organizations, and led the development of a CRM strategy and roadmap to drive a scalable strategy for sales, servicing, and contact centers solutions. Additional highlights include: - Data Strategy and Governance Consultant Practice lead for business and servicing areas. - Co-Led the data Integration and engineering for the digitizing front and back-office insurance processes that resulted in reducing underwriting processing time. - Designed and implement Cloud Governance for the Cloud First Data Strategy. - Increased data quality by 65% on key data elements to improve pricing and renewals closures. - Directed the day-to-day Data Program Data Services Office set up. - Managed all DG, DQ and Metadata Shared Product/Service’s business engagements and delivery/implementation for the General Insurance Business. - Championed a multi-domain Master Data Management (MDM) architecture, and supported RDM Target State analysis. - Leveraged latest technologies and Agile & DevOps. - Drove digital workflow transformation for the AIG CRM Salesforce Platform. - Established CRM & DQ Business Intelligence and Analytics services. - Set up and established the Business Glossary and Data Catalog for the key business areas. - Developed the Risk Control Framework for Client and Third-party Data Domains.

Bob managed data strategy and the Client Data Transformation Program Office. Bob was recognized by TIAA, the Data Warehouse Institute (TWDI), and CIO Magazine’s Top 100 Technology Innovation Award for building and delivering an industry/class data management best practice that enabled a new level of critical insights, strategy, and decision-making.
