From startup to exit in under 2 years. Cloudsourced, an online bookkeeping and accounting service firm, was early in the online financial services sector, and was chosen from among dozens of competitors to became the 2014 subject company for the Harvard/MIT business plan competition. Cloudsourced, was acquired by HPC, (now Aprio Holdings, LLC) in August of 2015.

As a founder, director and CEO, I managed the sourcing and placement of over $70M in capital investments for the development of phage therapeutics small molecule anti-inflammatories. EBI pioneered modern phage therapeutics by inventing and patenting its unique phage selection process. After successfully exiting phage technology, the Company, currently headquartered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, is now finalizing phase 3 trials to confirm the efficacy and safety of its patented EA 230 therapeutic for on-pump coronary artery bypass grafting and associated reperfusion shock risk. Managing the business and legal affairs in the US and Europe included the oversight of securities, intellectual property, corporate governance, litigation, contracting, finance and private placements, as well as complex cross-boarder transactions.

Built an insurance sales and distribution organization, managed the acquisition and sale of various divisions over the course of 30 years, provided tax and legal consulting to large domestic and international estates and developed cross-border legal technologies for large offshore estates. The Company was acquired by national insurance brokerage, The Leavitt Group.
