Responsible for audit management, inventory control and adherence to company polices and procedures. Employee training in all aspects of sales and operational procedures. Development of annual operational budget. Aid in the selection of store relocations and the positioning of new stores in the region. Hiring of store managers and overseeing the hiring of staff associates.
