Bob Blyth has over 20 years of experience in DOE (Department of Energy) Quality Assurance programs, having lead 21 nuclear related QA audits and participated in over 23 other nuclear related QA audits.He was the founding chair of the DOE EM/NE/SC Software Quality Assurance Support Group and founding Vice Chair of the DOE Quality Council. He was the Quality Assurance Program manager for the: National Spent Nuclear Fuel, Advanced Gas Reactor Fuel Development & Qualification and the Next Generation Nuclear Plan Programs. He is a member of the ASME NQA main committee, executive committee and chairs the ASME NQA Program Management Processes subcommittee. He has bachelor’s degrees in Civil and Petroleum engineering, a Master’s degree in Petroleum engineering and is a member of the Tau Beta Pi, Pi Epsilon Tau and Chi Epsilon academic honoraries.He is currently semi-retired, supporting several clients across the DOE complex.
