Developing the talent of our staff has led to strength as a business unit. As the Director of Operations it was important to create a motivational work environment and develop leaders. Strategy is key in healthcare staffing as the landscape changes frequently. I aimed to simplify our processes in order to make them repeatable. We put the right people into the right positions and challenged them in ways that were motivational and career-expanding. We achieved our goal of building a group of people who thrive on winning.

Responsible for running daily operations, training, and developing recruiters. Lead in strategy, planning, process evaluation, process improvement, and helping others make placements/sales. Hired, trained, and developed staff. Much of my involvement with the business was also centered around the forward direction of the company.2010 was a year of development for our company and we found out just how capable we were in terms of exponential growth. In 2010, our gross profit increased by 428%.

Placed healthcare professionals on contract and permanent assignment, managed accounts, and developed business in permanent search (retained and contingent) capacities. In 2009, our gross profit increased by 260%.
