Technical consultant for the design of a consumer driven healthcare plan selection tool. Responsible for developing the common architectural framework capable of supporting multiple implementations of the tool across direct pay plans, employer funded benefit plans and MedicareActed as business architect for integration of genomic and proteomic business lines into the consolidated global e-commerce platform for a Fortune 500 Scientific Equipment Manufacturer. Used a holistic approach to ensure functionality met the segment unique business need, the combined site requirements and co-existed on the existing technology platform. Set direction for User Experience team, facilitated all requirement sessions and performed quality control of deliverables. Performed project estimation, staffing and task planning for all aspects of the requirements phase.Served as technical consultant for migration of an existing global e-marketing site onto a corporate-wide e-commerce platform. Designed and implemented AbInitio ETL processes to extract data from PeopleSoft, Oracle and I-Series sources. Developed business rules and logic to transform, consolidate and load data into Oracle. Responsible for the database design, Business Object reporting and creation and implementation of data validation procedures. Project manager for strategic Business Objects based reporting system used at all levels of both FedEx Ground and FedEx corporate management to measure customer focused performance and serves as one of the key metrics used to judge field quality. Responsible for the design and development of the automated report creation system, data entry and validation website and report delivery websites.

Worked across all levels of organization, including President, CEO and CFO to develop recommendations addressing both tactical and strategic needs of this national construction supplier. Recommendations included changes to store operations, sales incentive, marketing approach as well as technology infrastructure. Served as e-commerce advisor to the President during the formulation of a web marketplace joint venture.Project manager and senior architect for merger driven integration architecture development at a major package delivery company. Analyzed current package tracking environment, defined future business requirements, researched technology and business trends and developed a new architectural model and associated deployment strategy.At a global comsumer products company, served Integration architect responsible for the design of a global integration architecture allowing an Ariba procurement system to exchange purchase order and budgeting information with over 250 multivendor financial systems worldwide. The architecture included an endpoint independent canonical data format, dynamically mapped to endpoint specific layouts.

Development manager for the development of an IBM WebSphere Commerce based order entry system for a global tire and rubber manufacturer. This two-year effort provided a consistent and easy to use interface for independent dealers to access the orders, inventory and financial accounting systems of the corporation. As system architect, designed and developed a custom EDI process utilizing IBM MQSeries for communication between MVS and AIX. Implementation manager for a web based order entry system, coordinating the rollout across North America. The deployment involved outsourcing components to multiple vendors as well as multiple IBM business units. Involved with all aspects of hardware and software configuration management. Performed hardware and software problem identification and resolution. Escalated issues as needed throughout vendor organization and ensured cooperation between vendors
