Eclectic Edibles was started (by Bob) in June 2006 when I branched out to become a Bespoke Private Chef. Working now for the last 14 yrs in this capacity I am currently Head Chef at Pineview Restaurant ( Best Restaurant Perth and Kinross 2019/2020). I have also been developing my art reputation and exhibited and sold in many venues. Painting using a spectrum of techniques and other media enables to produce works of colour, depth, texture and light with an abstract slant. I still ramble the countryside in order to search out subjects and translate them into images of the moment, capturing the scene from I hope my 'unique' point of view.Hailing from a family of artists I shied away from it initially and primarily pursued a very successful career as a chef working all over the world and gaining high accolade. But I always come back to painting and it has developed over the years until now works are found in many private collections at home and abroad.
