He started out as a surveyor and professional ski patrolman for Vail Associates, Inc, and then became a top producing real estate salesperson for the same company. He was promoted to the executive management team as VP of Real Estate where he managed 7 offices with over 50 sales people, set up operating systems that are still in place today, put together development deals, and re-visioned the Master Plan for Beaver Creek. As a private consultant he has assisted large and small developers with product development, planning, and marketing support and sales.
