Promoted to VP in 2010 with additional responsibilities for procurement and internal audit functions.• Led development of business cases instrumental to setting strategic direction under Nokia. Managed and continually enhanced the NAVTEQ long-range financial model. • Implemented a Hyperion planning and reporting solution to replace previous spreadsheet-based tools that yielded significant improvements to efficiency, accuracy, and insight. • Increased procurement focus on cost efficiency and reduced time spent on low-value activities, in part by establishing a low cost purchasing capability in India.
