Provided field management and project engineering support to wireless network deployments and overlays. Duties included, but were not limited to: creating documentation to address engineering / installation standards, processes, quality audits and quality control. Enforcing those same processes and standards at the market, regional and national level. Initial creation of training courses to provide instruction and certification to Nokia's employees and contractors. Served as member of an eight person team to compile and assess the “Pilot Training Programs” for both the installation of Nokia’s new 3G Node B and its Commissioning & Integration. Provided 100% quality control for the first 800+ site surveys performed to gather information required for the world’s first deployment of the new Node B. Created the first “Nokia Networks USA Health and Safety Plan” at the request of Nokia Global.

Provided project management services for wireless industry on 1099, W-2 and “corp-to-corp” basis as appropriate. Projects included Nokia Market Manager tasked with assuming control of a market 11 weeks into a 20-week plan and less than 20% complete. The Network was completed on schedule with the 1st and 2nd drive tests “in the green”. Field Manager responsibilities included planning, scheduling and compliance tracking for sites comprising the first North American test of Nokia “EDGE” under AWS as well as overseeing multiple overlapping market deployments under Cingular. Busha, Inc. was formed in March of 1999 to facilitate my working on a 1099 basis as a Voicestream Construction Manager. Busha, Inc. become inactive for 5 months while I worked for AirBand and then resumed operations again in late March of 2001. Busha, Inc. remained active until April of 2005 when I accepted an offer of employment from Nokia. Details of both the Voicestream and AirBand positions appear below.
