Responsible for architecture, design and implementation of next-generation Development Operations (DevOps) automation platform. The platform provides Continuous Delivery services that completely automate the delivery of software from check-in to Production release. Current project responsibilities are the design and implementation of a new application with a modern user interface to sit on top of the entire DevOps platform providing a single-point of entry for users. The application is task-oriented and role-based built with AngularJS and Bootstrap on the front-end and Spring REST, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, MySQL and other Spring/Java technologies on the back-end.Technologies used in previous projects include JAVA/J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, Spring Framework, Spring Integration, Spring MVC, RESTful API, JPA, Hibernate, RabbitMQ and MySQL. The platform integrates with best of breed tools such as Chef, Bamboo, Jira, Splunk, New Relic, HP Operations Center, vCloud Operations Center (VMWare), Amazon Web Services and the company's private cloud.The platform also provides application and server life cycle management services. Applications and servers can be added/updated/removed in a fully automated manner through integration with routing and firewall services (BigIP F5, HAProxy, vCNS and AWS security groups).
