Some people are aware that I had a work anniversary a couple of months ago. Actually, I began my 30th year offering Design Solutions and Custom Blueprints for residential and commercial construction projects. I really enjoy solving the challenges and giving customers what they wish for.My background includes an Engineering Degree (Metallurgical) from Lehigh University; significant hands on construction experience on volunteer community projects and on my own buildings (residences & Rentals) as well as working with numerous Builders, Architects and Re-Modelers. Recently I studied for and passed the test to qualify as a LEED Accredited Professional (Leadership in Engineering and Environmental Design related to a broad scope of topics geared to Conserving Resources, Energy & Money).In the Lehigh Valley and Poconos, the majority of individual customers and contractors wanted full new construction homes, the largest being close to 7000 SQ FT and with quite a bit of uniqueness as to style, features and building techniques. In the Greater Philadelphia Area during the past five/ six years, I am furnishing Designs and Blueprints for large and modest additions to homes and remodeling of small business stores including ADA (Handicap Access features) and Zoning compliance features.Recent projects have been located in a large radius Lansdowne, Drexel Hill, Glen Mills, Royersford, West Chester, Narberth, to name a few and just this past month two homes and a replacement garage in Havertown.
