Carta Fund Services is an independent third-party service provider that specializes in Private Equity focused, client driven, customizable reporting and administrative solutions for both general partners and investors, including large family offices, private and public institutional investors and PE fund of funds.

As an adviser I have helped a number of small, fast-growing companies to formulate their sales & compensation structures, design new products and processes, and structure their supply chain and distribution along with formalizing the 3rd party agreements to bring it all together. I have also managed the day-to day work for hardware upgrade projects in the US.

I was responsible for the Program Management, Supply Chain Management, Materials Control & Warehouse, New Product Introduction and RFQ/Pricing/PDE Departments supporting ~$140M per year in sales.

I was responsible for a Program Management Department supporting 12 customers in multiple sites around the world and managing over $200M in sales.

I was responsible for the Sales, Business Development and Applications/Design/Product Engineering Functions. I oversaw nine direct management and engineering reports and three overseas sales offices.

I was responsible for identifying and developing the relationships to broaden our market reach. This entailed strategic targeting of customers & suppliers along with ongoing support of select customers in the region.

Based in Bangkok Thailand I was in charge of P&L for the sales and business development organization across Asia supporting factories in China and India.

I relocated to Singapore in August 1997. My primary responsibility being to identify and develop new business opportunities in SE Asia along with evaluating our current sales support structure and refining our strategy in the region.
