Serves as General Manager for Prime Coal, LLC which is a subsidiary of JSW Steel. Responsible for organizing and mobilizing all of the functional departments (marketing, sales, purchasing, production, logistics, finance and control general company administration) to meet the operating, financial, and strategic objectives of Prime Coal, as set forth by JSW Steel, India. Directly responsible for monitoring the Company’s performance relative to targeted objectives. Plans, develops, and approves specific operational policies, programs, and procedures and coordinates the development of the Company’s long range and annual plans. Directly responsible for the ongoing development to produce an active coal operation by exploration, permitting, financial control, mine development and planning of the currently acquired coal reserves. Conduction of technical due diligence for acquisition of target assets in the United States to meet the growing requirements of coal for the steel mills of JSW Steel in India. Mine plan projections to exceed 3 million tons per annum by 2013 which includes surface, high wall mining and underground methods. Mine Plan includes beneficiation by two brownfield and three green-field coal preparation complexes.

Manager of all surface activities for a plan development of a 6 million ton annual production which entails coordinating design engineering for overland conveying system, 1,800 ton per hour preparation plant, and all the ancillary material handing systems including raw coal, clean coal, refuse, and river load out. Directly involved in all aspects of management of the surface operations including development of mine plan and financial model, sales and marketing, environmental coordination, quality control, and responsible for all stages refuse development.

Coordinated all engineering, developed 51,000 acres of mineral control from one underground mine into ten underground contract mines and three surface mines - from monthly production of 8,000 tons to 240,000 tons in a year and a half, project manager of the construction of two preparation plants , helped acquire additional adjacent properties and leases, assisted the CEO in all aspects of management of the operations, directly involved in developing a mine plan and financial model, assisted in the sales and quality control, and responsible for all stages of mining engineering in relation to natural resource management and development.

Responsible for engineering and management- industrial and commercial development, mine permitting, geotechnical exploration, underground mine design, preparation plant design and upgrades, surface mine development, refuse area design, and many other facets of the industrial and commercial development.

Was directly responsible for the engineering, design and construction of a surface coal mine in Kentucky that produced 300,000 tons per year of raw coal. Jupiter Coal Company (Subsidiary of Cline Resources) 2002 to 2003Served as an interim chief operating office for four months as a consultant for Jupiter Coal Company (Assisted in the acquisition of the operation to Arcalite.)
