With over 30 years of work experience in various fields, I am a versatile and adaptable professional who can thrive in any environment. As the Used Car Director at Mazda of Greenville since August 2023, I have been responsible for managing the inventory, pricing, and marketing of the used car department, as well as overseeing the sales and service teams. I have applied my analytical, financial, and business skills to increase the revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction of the department, while ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. Prior to joining Mazda, I was a Security Consultant at CPI Security for seven months, where I provided security solutions and services to residential and commercial clients, including risk assessment, system design, installation, and training. I also leveraged my security expertise to help Mazda of Greenville enhance its safety and security measures and protocols. Before that, I was a small business owner and operator of Bricks and Stones Pizza Company, LLC, a successful and authentic New York brick oven pizza restaurant that I founded in 2019 and ran for three years. I was trained by five-time world champion pizza makers on Staten Island and delivered high-quality food and service to my customers. I am passionate about learning new skills and expanding my knowledge, as evidenced by my Certificate of Completion in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People issued by the American Management Association in 2014. I am also committed to excellence, innovation, and teamwork, and I enjoy collaborating with diverse and talented people to achieve common goals.
