Bob has extensive experience in implementing Human Capital solutions in both the U.S, and China. He has led large Human Capital transformation programs including the redesign and repositioning of Human Capital teams specifically role assessment and competency frameworks resulting in the articulation and achievement of key talent priorities and significant improvement on related people metrics and culture change.Bob earned his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). He is proficient in the use of various feedback and assessment tools including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and is certified to administer and interpret the Hogan Assessment Systems.
