Reporting to the Head of Projects, and Site Director; providing leadership of the Programme Management Office and delivery of the Programme Control System. Primary objective is the management and delivery of the Programme Control System (PCS), inclusive of;.• Established and control the integrated schedule and budget management processes, and manage change to the performance measurement baseline. • Manage schedule and cost risk analysis, delivering comprehensive reporting to senior management.• Synthesis of complex programme performance data into specific management actions and management of recovery process.• Manage internal and external stakeholders through a series of structured meetings.• Delivered business case proposals to time and cost through senior management and structured Life Cycle Management governance through to Customer submission. • Full life-cycle experience from bid phase, through development into production, through to acceptance and project closure. Provide coaching, education and training for junior staff through to senior management and Customers.

Integrate, manage and deliver key tactical work packages within this project; ensuring baseline configuration, schedule adherence and budget control is rigorously managed.

Customer focused stakeholder management, synergy identification and realisation, elimination of process wastage, development of the integrated programme, encompassing the delivery of a joint WBS, integrated schedule, resource plan, and the establishment of an effective risk and opportunity management process.

Due to my personnel development and high performance to date I was offered a role within the FSTA bid team, the largest ever PFI bid within the company. As an integral part of the project management team I had responsibility for numerous project issues, including the development and ownership of risk management, resource planning, and co-ownership of the integrated schedule.

Extensive two-year training program covering aspects of both the project management and engineering disciplines. Training based around 3-5 month placements to provide the fundamental experience, along with a structured theoretical program to enhance my potential.
