In 2014, ARQ expanded its national wireless footprint to the Chicago Market where I was hired to be the “face” of ARQ and represent the company by overseeing all aspects of wireless DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) projects for wireless carriers, third party operators and the enterprise customer specially in the Chicago Market-Managed multiple wireless network projects throughout the Chicago market, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.-Developed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, overseeing project execution from planning through to closure.-Worked closely with engineering teams to design and deploy network infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.-Conducted risk assessments and implemented mitigation plans to address potential project challenges.-Fostered strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives were met.-Successfully delivered all projects on time and under budget contributing to complete customer satisfaction.-Collaborated with site acquisition teams, regulatory authorities, and contractors to facilitate project approvals and construction.-Implemented quality control processes to ensure high standards of network performance and reliability.-Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and addressing any issues.
