Bob Davis MSc FRICS FCIArbBob Davis is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Chartered Arbitrator, Registered Adjudicator and Accredited Mediator.Bob is a British national and is a consummate professional, bringing with him 36 years of experience in engineering and construction in the UK and internationally. Bob’s primary function is to assist with the avoidance and/or resolution of disputes. No matter the location and/or the type and complexity of dispute he provides a simple no nonsense approach with the goal of reaching a cost effective conclusion to the matter in hand. His project experience includes working on sport stadia, structural steelwork, involvement with gas, oil fired, hydro and nuclear power stations, highways, hospitals, office blocks, bridges, marine works, ship conversion/construction, oil production facilities, tunnelling, railways, building services, water supply projects, petrochemical plants and off-shore oil platforms. Bob also acts as an Independent Expert providing opinion evidence in mater of quantum and time as has been subjected to cross examination in Arbitration and Court.Bob lectures on matters in connection with Arbitration, Adjudication and Quantity Surveying and is a visiting lecturer at Leeds Metropolitan University as well as being a tutor for RICS in their Diploma in Adjudication.
