Claims Major Loss Manager: Responsible for the Multi-Track and Major Loss Claims Teams (motor injury, casualty injury, disease, 3rd party and 1st party property damage) across six locations. The focus is on People and Performance Management, Customer and Technical Excellence, Continuous Improvement and People Development.Additional responsibilities include a small caseload of catastrophic injury claims, Representing Allianz at industry events and at forums such as the Automated Driving Insurance Group (ADIG), ABI working groups, on Global Allianz groups and MIB's Technical Committee, Media spokesperson and regular presenter e.g. at Broker and Customer Claims events.
