In October 2016 I have started a company to provide 360 Spherical Photography Services and Solutions for several business domains. To deliver the 360 panoramic service VR-zichtbaar has been setup. As a Google Certified Photographer I have surveyed the market and developed two 360 spherical products:- Orbi - a professional 3D printed 360 4k video/50Mp photography rig for realtime and outdoor use. - Sputnik - a 360 product spin rig for XXL objects and people.Orbi can specifically used in area's where a lot of people are present and still a high quality result is needed. Using a DSLR with a lot of people walking around will resolve in pictures with ghosting (people captured half/twice etc.) Using camera's like Kodak Pic=xPro/samsung gear 360/Richo Theta/Nikon Keymission 360 will resolve the ghosting but are not able to deliver the required quality. Orbi will tackle all these problems.Sputnik is the only 360 product spin equipment on the market today capable of capturing a 360 product spin series of pictures of large products (5x2x2m) and or people without the need to rotate them. The GWC TDM function is a hybrid role to assure proper implementation of the technical (facility) data driven by business demand and opportunity. As the GWC-TDM I am responsible for all associated workflows to instantiate the Facility Asset hierarchy within Smart Solution Foundation including the creation and facilitation of TDM training material.

Based on the Data Model structure from Aera Shell started the journey of developing the Shell Enterprise Data Model. Within EDAM I was responsible for the Facility structure entities. The Facility structure is now the design basis for application development like Smart Solutions.

Driven by portfolio rationalization standardization of the data historians within Chemicals enabling global exchange of measurement data a package selection was executed. Out of this analysis OSI-Soft PI was selected and global deployment within the whole of Shell Downstream followed.

Participated in the initial design of the Global Asset Maintenance Execution program component Ensure Safe Production with focus on alarm management. After the design I was responsible for the deployment of GAME ESP in Shell Netherlands Refinery, Chemicals and all French operating companies.

As the Business Analyst I was responsible for the chemicals portfolio rationalization to enable global process improvements, cost reduction and simplification. Main achievements were:- Chemicals US ODS (data historian) selection. design & deployment (OSI-PI)- Design and integrate the Global Asset Maintenance Ensure Safe Production process. (with focus on alarm management)- Deploy and integrate the Global Laboratory Information Management system (GLIMS) for all Chemical Locations.- Participate in the Shell global PI reference architecture study to represent Chemicals and assure global coverage.

Responsible for the Workflow Optimization for the Shell Netherlands Chemicals locations with regard to Product Quality Data, Plant Mass balancing and Improve Operator Effectiveness by providing costs and planning data on top of operational model based optimization.

Global Chemicals Project manager responsible for the chemicals manufacturing project portfolio standardization, deployment and decommissioning. The most important projects I was the PM for:- Year 2000 coordination testing and modification of the SNC manufacturing portfolio- Pernis HCS Vopak Loading station Migration (divestment)- Migration and decommissioning of the Chemical Quality Management System to SAP-QM as part of the Global Chemicals ERP rationalization - Global Laboratory system selection and deployment in the Netherlands and Singapore.

As a software developer responsible for the creation and development of the integrated marine/rail and road gantry systems with full ERP, transportation document management and gate control system integration. The LOLA system (LOssen=discharging, LAden=loading) was deployed in the Netherlands, Germany, UK, Saudi Arabia and France.

During this period data modeling and functional design of the additional functions for the IBM Real Time plant Management system were executed (Successor of PROSS II). Modules like Recipe/Batch control, statistic control & Norm Run system were designed.Run projects to realize the modules on top of RTPMS like;- Tank stock system (interfacing to ERP system SILO);- Product Catalog system;- Mass calculation system;- Batch Management and Process Normalization system.

As a system engineer I was responsible for the Shell Pernis Data historian systems PROSS II. PROSS II is the successor of PROSS on a new platform and environment providing improved scan/storage and control capabilities. - Responsible for the conversion from PROSS I systems - Operating system DEC VAX/VMS - Programming Language Pascal
