Reviewing the organisational structure to advise on implementation of good document control practices and aligning the delivery streams between internal and external parties.-Setup up of a document control team and procedural development during the design and construction of a pharmaceutical large scale pilot plant.-Implementing good document control practices based on industry standards to provide for a fully traceable document flow.-Planned and guided delivery the steam for the technical writer team by setting up a model for planning, tracking and monitoring the output of this team.-Guided the Engineering team with their project and documentation processes as most of them were new to project based environments.

Responsible for monitoring and processing daily document control tasks such as the registration and distribution of project documentation and guiding the document control team ( team of 5). Making impact analysis and costs calculation to implement, in communication with the client, them through a project approach.
