I was responsible for all professional and college recruitment activities for the U.S. unit of this $22 billion privately held financial services and commodities company. Successfully executed the sourcing, recruitment and on-boarding of over 70 hourly staff at two startup biofuels plants in just three months.

As Senior Director of Human Resources at Phoenix Houses of New York, I had responsibility for controlling and monitoring the administration of all human resource activities and policies. I also acted as a key advisor to the Regional Director and his executive staff.

As the VP Human Resources I was responsible for the development and execution of HR strategy, planning, and administration. During my tenure I was a key member of the Education Segment management team that grew the business from $700 million with 2,000 employees, to $2.5 billion with 8,000 employees worldwide. I led all HR efforts in support of this growth agenda, which was achieved largely through an active acquisition program. I was also a key advisor to the CEO and his executive staff and helped shape numerous restructurings and reorganizations which were totally apart from the organizational change necessitated by the above referenced acquisition program.

I was responsible for the planning, control, coordination, and execution of Price Waterhouse (U.S. firm) expatriate programs with over 120 U.S. expatriate overseas assignments and 80 foreign national assignments to the U.S. Negotiated all tour aspects with U.S. and international partners.

Responsible for the development and maintenance of effective personnel programs for 2,000 salaried employees of this $1 billion dollar division.
