I am driven to find a cure for cystic fibrosis and to help PA individuals and families affected by the disease through raising funds for CF research and providing supports and services for PA individuals and families affected by CF.PACFI provides air conditioners, portable nebulizers, other CF-related equipment, medications and medical travel expenses not covered by insurance, scholarships for students with CF, advocacy services for students and families, and educational inservices to schools and community organizations.Through the Million Dollar Bear campaign and Burke's Tour, PACFI has raised almost $700,000 for CF research including researchers at the University of California, University of Minnesota, Michigan State University, the University of Rome, University of Virginia, University of Pittsburgh and the Utah Valley Institute of CF.
