Providing Business Solutions Analysis and IT expertise based on experience at Nortel with the Global Repairs, Maintenance Services and Vendavo Pricing business areas, focusing on system processes and tools.

This position involved providing primary IT support to the SAP pricing application called Vendavo (aka SAP-PMM), which is a software system that enables and supports world-class, disciplined pricing processes. This position required project management skills as well as a strong understanding of the Order to Cash process in SAP, with a focus on SAP pricing functionality & details.

This IT position involved leading the SAP project related tasks associated with developing a global business process for repair services which introduced new process efficiencies and inventory management for an end-to-end supply chain.The position required strong interpersonal and project management skills, as well as an above average understanding of SAP SD configuration and Order to Cash flows. The objective of this assignment was to build in flexibility for handling sales transactions in both a stock and non-stock model and to allow sales order types to dictate the financial postings of these transactions.
