Bob is a fourth-generation Colorado native who has extensive knowledge of the Front Range from Fort Collins to Denver and the mountains and plains regions of the state. He entered the real estate field in 1984 and started Park Place Brokers & Realty in 1994 with a focus of offering the highest level of service for his clients. Bob has extensive experience in residential real estate from homes to farms and ranches and is licensed in Colorado and Nebraska. He has worked on commercial transactions and leases since 1988 and has developed an impressive reputation as a knowledgeable agent. He has collaborated with commercial banks & lenders completing over 450 commercial Broker Price Opinions with an array of properties from office and warehouse to restaurants and hotels. Bob is currently a candidate for the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM ).When away from the office, he spends time with his wife Marguerite and their three daughters. Bob is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, camping and fishing in Colorado’s wild places.
