I was born and raised in Pacific Palisades, a suburb of Los Angeles California and has over 45 years of experience in sales, customer service and negotiations. While living in California, I was the successful owner of three Ethan Allen furniture stores and a successful automobile dealership. When not working, I actively pursued his passion of competitive sailboat racing through the California Yacht Club. I am the proud recipient of numerous sailing awards and excellence awards for customer service and sales in my businesses. With a desire to experience the East Coast, I decided to move to Rhode Island with my daughter. There I continued my career in sales, management and finance in Mystic, Ct. I also continued my love of boating, home design, landscaping and gardening. After several years of cold winters, my wife and I decided to purchase a home in warm, sunny southwest Florida, where we are proud to reside. With my background I bring unparalleled experience in negotiations, finance, banking and a dedicated focus on customers wants and needs. My enthusiasm keeps the process fun and enjoyable and I take pride in tackling issues before they become problems.
