Job responsibilities were split between Development and Procurement departments. In Development, I managed the development, production and supply chains of the climbing skins and trekking pole product lines. In Procurement, I managed the production and supply chains of ski poles, snow safety (shovels and probes), crampons and telemark bindings.

Job responsibilities included production and development product testing. In production testing I did raw material, work in progress and final batch testing. Product included carabiners, crampons, slings/webbing, climbing skins, ice screws, and ice axes. Working in development product testing I worked on outside vendor production testing, fatigue testing.
