SAP SM/CS Core team member in the preparation and implementation of SAP version 5.0 upgrade. SM Core team member for corporate wide implementation of SAP 3.0f. Conduct remote field training for SAP 3.0f implementation and ongoing classroom training for new users. Create and maintain end user documentation. Provide end-user support for all SAP system problems relating to service processing. Perform SAP configuration changes as needed to support ongoing business requirements. Generate functional specifications for cost saving applications. Work with ABAP programmers in implementation and testing of new applications. Create and provide ongoing support for WEB based labor utilization reports for field service management used in the employee performance appraisal process. Develop and maintain database of field service data employed by various organizations for billing and contractual SLA analysis and reports.

Generate and provide field service management with product support plans for OEM and third party equipment. Product support plans to consist of maintainability analysis, spare parts lists, training requirements and documentation. Generate OEM product failure analysis reports for directing Continuation Engineering efforts at improving product safety, reliability and ease of repair. Manage field service engineering change administration ensuring implementation in inventory and installed equipment base.

Provide national technical support on site and via phone to U.S. and Canadian field service organizations for high-speed document processors, minicomputer systems and assorted peripheral equipment. Generate technical bulletins to aid the field service organizations in maintenance of all the products encompassed in the installed base. Manage the system utilized by the field organizations for placing formal requests for product and process improvements. Coordinate installation of displays and equipment at industry trade shows in both the U.S. and Canada.
