Bob is a founder and consultant at Innovative. Bob has a long-standing history and rich experience working with customers and strengthening relationships over the past 30 years. Bob’s capabilities and straight-forward approach affords him to effectively identifying ways IT can help organizations advance their missions. Bob is a solid believer in teamwork and collaboration to ensure all team members collectively attain desired solutions and outcomes while feeling a strong sense of reward in the process. Over the years Bob has learned two critical elements of success: (1) Reverse the golden rule - treat customers the way “they” want to be treated (not the way you want to be treated); (2) Be flexible, nimble, and creative when evaluating options for customers – be prepared to provide an “innovative” solution.Bob was on the Board for the Rochester Small Business Council (SBC) since 2009, an active graduate of Leadership Rochester, and involved in other areas of the Greater Rochester community. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from the University of Dayton (Go Flyers!) and has an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology.Bob has been happily married for 35 years, has four remarkable children, and enjoys golfing, sports and spending time with friends and family.
