About Bob-E Simpson Epps
Bob-e is a Consultant/Thought Leader and Co-Founder of Three E Consulting. Her passion is to build relationships through co-creative leadership to seek solutions for organizations, teams, communities and individuals. Bob-e expanded her practice when she launched Three E Consulting in 2012 with her friend and business partner to respond the needs of those who experience trauma, historical trauma and multigenerational trauma with a focus on the African American and American Indian communities. Bob-e is a Master Trainer/Facilitator and Speaker of the NEAR Science (neurobiology, epigenetics, adverse childhood experience study and resilience), Historical Trauma, Secondary Trauma, and Steward and Practitioner of the Art of Hosting Conversations That Matter all of which has her traveling throughout the United States and abroad. She is involved in a broad scope of work giving her a diversity of experience in relationship building, the power of story, process design and co-creating adaptive strategy. Her expertise continues to deepen and grow thanks to her work with a wide variety of clients and colleagues in addressing simple, complicated and systemic complex issues. Her work with clients and stakeholders includes community and cultural engagement, strategic direction, innovation and building team unity in traditional organizations in the private, public and not for profit sectors, across systems in rural, urban and suburban settings, with social entrepreneurs, across generations and in culturally specific circumstances. She is sought after to help develop capacity and to support newer practitioners in growing their capacity and capability, especially, but not exclusively, younger generations.
