Training & E-Media Manager
Responsible for providing the necessary management, technical, andadministrative support for multiple training programs. Responsible to develop the following products to support our training programs:curriculum, Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) (Levels 1 – 4), and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs).Specific functions include relationship building with customers, EVMS/CAM oversight(CAM certified), strategic planning, researching new technologies, applying Full Spectrum Leadership principals, business capture, directing, supervising and coordinating myleaders in conjunction with multiple subcontractor teams. Determinemanning levels, developing schedules and spend plans. Work with customer toestablish short and long-range plans, recommend technical solutions, overseeinstructional design and to coordinate deliverables. Provide reports, briefings, andpresentations to LM management and our customers. Participate in Seniormanagement level staff meetings, collaborate with HR, interview potential new hires, selection, training, and performance assessment.
