Working as a team member within the NPD function working to assigned new product development briefs, To co-ordinate factory trials and launches for the development team. Feed back trial information and recommend amendments to work instructions which are required, as a result of factory trials.

To ensure that the manufacturing, engineering, stores and despatch activities of the general moulding activities are efficiently organised. Plan and operate the departments to meet customer requirements in terms of quantity, quality and delivery time within agreed cost limits and within the framework of the company and group policy.
