I have experience leading teams responsible for excellence in risk management and governance, sustainable financial performance, large-scale turnarounds and growth, customer acquisition and retention strategies and enhanced customer experiences across multiple financial services areas. Previously, as Senior Vice President, Business Services, I led the initiative to materially increase the customer experience across Securianโs diverse businesses. I am also honored to serve on the HealthPartners Board of Directors.Committed to community and industry service, I currently serve on the YUSA National Board, the Y of the North Board as well as serve on the Securian Foundation Board as Chair of the Financial Oversight Committee. Previously for the Y of the North I was a member of the Executive and Capital Campaign Committees and was Chair of the Finance Committee (Treasurer). I was also a Board Member of LL Global (the leading industry trade group for financial services companies) where I chaired the Finance Committee, the Customer Experience Committee, the Emerging Technology Committee and served on the Executive Committee.
