Responsibilities included negotiating contracts for sporting and entertainment events and directing food and beverage services for 11 bars, 8 food outlets and numerous function and dining facilities. In addition to main arena events an extensive schedule of trade exhibitions and corporate functions was held at the venue.The venue was recognised as the premium Olympic food and beverage contractor by the IOC. Foundation member of the Sydney Olympic Park Business Association which represented the Olympic Park venue operators in negotiations with government authhorities to improve traffic management and parking at the Park.
