Current- Lead and oversee the development and execution of digital strategies: Manage and refine digital marketing strategies for clients, focusing on paid advertising across various platforms and implementing automated email campaigns to drive engagement and conversions, ensuring each campaign is aligned with client goals and optimized for performance.- Manage new business development efforts: Spearhead new business initiatives by identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and crafting proposals that align LaFleur Marketing’s strengths with client needs, ensuring steady expansion of the agency’s portfolio.- Oversee the accounts team to ensure client success: Guide and support the accounts team, ensuring client expectations are exceeded through timely project delivery, consistent communication, and strategic insights. Drive a culture of client satisfaction and retention by closely monitoring client feedback and ensuring teams are aligned with client goals.- Monitor and manage budgets and forecasts to drive profitability: Ensure that all client projects and internal operations are financially sound by overseeing budgets, tracking expenditures, and forecasting financial outcomes. Provide strategic guidance to enhance profitability while maintaining quality service and client satisfaction.- Lead the company-wide implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS): Drive the adoption of EOS throughout the organization to streamline processes, improve team collaboration, and ensure that all departments are aligned with LaFleur’s overall business objectives. Facilitate change management to embed EOS principles and best practices across all levels of the company.
