Established the highest retail sales year in the history of the business. At this time I sell Regal, Cobalt, Robalo, Scout, Bennington boats and Carver yachts.

Established the Brazilian bicycle company, Caloi, in the United States. Established over 700 retail dealers in America and distributors in Europe. Improved Caloi Brazil products and marketing worldwide to enable them to compete in the global bicycle marketplace.

Interfaced with Vice President of sales to analyze competitors, developed and implemented sales and marketing programs. Traveled extensively in the US and Europe to establish dealers and wholesale distributors.

Interfaced with advertising and PR firms. Supervised all product development in Taiwan, Japan and Brazil. Negotiated with manufacturers in these countries for price and delivery of products.

Developed new dealers and assisted existing dealers in the retail bicycle industry.

Responsible for overall design and specifications of bicycle, moped and motorcycle products. Developed and implemented procedures for product testing to ensure products sold in the US market would meet or exceed the needs of the US consumer. Developed all warranty and service policy procedures and trained all sales and service personnel of company and all owners and employees of our retail outlets nationwide.

Supervised six mechanics in the repair and maintenance of all bands of motorcycles. Dealt with consumers on a daily basis and processed all repair orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
