Start-up Apparel Manufacturing Co, in rural TN. Wrote and was awarded a $250,000 grant from Co.Hired and trained entire workforce. Developed all polices, procedures, Standard Costing Data System, and directed sales force.

At request of Owner/Manager I was asked to re-engineer a the production segment of the organization.Affirmed and enhanced the psychological contract between Great American and it's employees, trough demonstrating the commonality of purpose, mutual needs and the importance if continuity of actions required to achieve our mutual needs. First year outcomes yielded a 28% improvement in attendance, reworks (quality) 45%, Reportable accidents 100%, direct labor variance 26%, and turnover turn from 78% to 30%. The Bristol Plant was a total start-up attaining breakeven under two years, Johnson City Plant was a turn-around (Union influenced) facility. Turned $100,000 loss to a $100,000 profit in first year. Traveled to all 5 plants, approximately 24,000 workers located in 5 states.
