My ambition is to use data for extracting meaningful insights, supporting decision-making processes, and contributing to the overall success of an organization.𝐌𝐲 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:- Co-responsible for a successful transition from frozen to chilled food in the Foodservice at Oma's Soep. Utilized demand forecasting tools and Solver in Excel to align production with the anticipated demand and the shorter shelf life of the product, considering the implications for assortment, inventory, supply chain, and cost efficiency.- Conducted research to assess the impact of representatives' visits on sales in Albert Heijn's 1000 stores carrying Oma's Soep products. Visualized contributing factors to identify optimal conditions for positive outcomes. Based on the findings, developed staff and route planning using Solver in Excel and Tableau. Theoretically reduced the time spent on representation by 45% and achieving a 14% increase in sales effectiveness.- Conducted research on the layout of ABB's new warehouse (~6100 m², using Excel and Rhino). ABB sought an additional perspective on the layout to help employees recognize the advantages of a data-driven design. As a result of my research, it is now evident where ABB should prioritize efforts to further enhance the data-driven nature of its warehouse.
