  As a Service Tech at Guardian Protection Services, I'm tasked with a set of work orders to be completed that day. When I receive a work order they typically are categorized per the following: Malfunctioning equipment (burglar or fire alarms, access control, CCTV, etc.), adding equipment, assisting with the design for new locations, repairs, working with local sales and techs in order to meet or exceed customer expectations.I'm sometimes called to travel out-of-state, when required.It is also a requirement to attend training courses in order to stay current with Licensing requirements for both Kentucky and Ohio. I currently hold an Ohio Fire License, Kentucky Inspectors Fire License, Louisville, Kentucky Contractor and Columbus, Ohio Contractor Licenses.I maintain consistent service tickets for my work as well as daily inventory.I help train customers and technicians when called upon. When I find out one of my associates needs assistance, I gladly take the time to help walk them through any questions they may have.
