I founded Gallagher Advisory Services with a focus on serving nonprofits, enabling them to be effective stewards of financial assets and accountable to their stakeholders. We assist in the evaluation of growth opportunities such as new grants, earned revenue streams and strategic partnerships. We also assist with unplanned events such as sudden departures of key finance personnel, loss of funding, allegations of fraud or mismanagement, disputes with third parties, and other crises.I have served on several nonprofit boards where I held leadership roles in finance, strategic planning, governance, development and capacity building, that resulted in increasing organizational capacity, enabling the organizations to pursue their missions more effectively.In addition to my focus on helping nonprofits, I provide forensic accounting services to for profit entities and their legal counsel.
