*Responsible for business development, focusing on loans and deposits*Implement sales call program*Manage commercial, consumer and mortgage lenders in Joplin market*Monitor Joplin loan portfolio, ($55 million) including past dues and problem credits*Customer service support staffing including banking center managers*Development, retention and maintenance of $30 million personal loan portfolio*Problem loan management, including negotiation and liquidation

*Supervision of the credit and loan administration department, approximately 20 people *Responsible for overall quality of the bank’s loan portfolio ($500 Million) in diversified geographic markets*Development of policies, procedures, and systems to ensure loan portfolio management*Responsible for development and training of credit personnel*Reviews monthly board and loan committee reports *Loan policy revisions and maintenance to strengthen credit quality*Monitor concentrations of credit and supervisory loan-to-value guidelines*Budget responsibility for loan administration and credit personnel*Implementation of credit decisioning system – DecisionPro – Consolidated consumer lending approval in Savannah market*Member of Compliance Council, Audit Committee and Technology Steering Committee *Participate in Annual Strategic Planning

*Problem credit workouts including negotiations and liquidations*Reduced Criticized Assets as a percent of Tier I Capital from 55% to 20%*Out of market loan origination –responsible for loan approvals up to one million dollars*Actively involved in FDIC and State Examinations and external auditor evaluations
