Led the product development efforts for low-temperature sterilization technologies at Sterilucent. Part of the senior leadership team driving regulatory approval, operations, investment, strategic partnerships, and distribution.

Led the new and sustaining programs supporting Medtronic Neuromodulation's Targeted Drug Delivery franchise. Oversee global teams and collaborate cross-functionally with Program Management, IT, Finance, R&D, Quality, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Clinical/Pre-Clinical, Regulatory, and other functions as needed to ensure effective commercialization of new products. Rapidly became a key technical and business leader in the Targeted Drug Delivery space. Led a team of up to ten (10) direct reports, an extended team of ~200, and managed an annual budget of up to $50M.

Leader of multiple programs with a team of project managers, in addition to the role as CAPA board leader. Led cross-functional teams that delivered products from development through regulatory submissions. A critical leader in identifying the root cause of several field issues for the implantable infusion system.

Led the electrical, mechanical, and embedded software development for Boston Scientific's external products. Led multiple efforts including the development of a low-cost remote patient management cellular communicator, a new telemetry schema, and an RF generator for ablation. Spearheaded the technology development process and sustaining engineering for external products. Leveraged multiple external suppliers and contractors located in the United States, China, and India in leading this high-performing team on multiple product development projects.Led the mechanical design engineering efforts for implantable pulse generators (pacemakers and defibrillators) and externals, development of technical literature creation and product labeling, and all-sustaining engineering efforts. Oversaw engineering and sustaining departments that represented all product lines – pulse generators, leads, remote patient management, and programmer support. Managed seven departments with over 120 people. Directed the business unit that developed three generations of remote patient management products, launched multiple versions of the supporting website, and was a part of the leadership team that launched the product to over 150,000 patients on the system in three years. Led the early-stage technology development process.
