Experiences include Management team member that grew Informed Access Systems from a $1M startup - through organic and acquisitive growth to over $100M/yr and a successful exist of $1B+, and growing Acxiom’s consulting and agency business from a $3M incubator stage to $100M ongoing business in 5 years.- Teamed with Informed Access Systems’ CEO, CFO and senior team to grow the company through 2 acquisitions and the purchase of another high growth company – ultimately resulting in the sale of the company to McKesson for more than $1 Billion.- Worked with CEO and Exec. VP on the sale of Innovative Healthcare Delivery LLC (a women & minority owned company) to NaviHealth/Optum.- Teamed with Finali CEO on M&A strategy and negotiation, and managed all other aspects of getting deals to close (including preparing a Private Placement Memorandum – essentially an S-4 filing or a private company) and sale of the company.- Turn around – IVR business for Convergys resulting in an improvement in profits of 20%+ YOY (strategic focus on fixing antiquated unscalable technology).- Evaluated and corrected root cause issues with Acxiom’s email & direct mail marketing teams (including customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, inefficiencies of the 2 teams, stagnant revenues and falling profits) which resulted in an increase of revenues >$10M in the first year and increase in profits of $8M in the same period.- Member: AICPA, SOFTWARE Colorado, The CFO Leadership Council, Financial Executives International
