(Gaithersburg/Fredrick, Maryland Office Assignment) Solely designed and modeled the entire civil site development effort. Work included grading and underground utilities, including circulating water for two 800-mw-power blocks. Prepared drawings and wrote a detailed Hydrology report with calculations. Prepared earthwork take-off. Designed and CAD modeled the existing plant and expansion using InRoads. The plant facilities included a switchyard, Power blocks, cooling towers, haul road realignment and chilled equipment/water treatment areas.
